I wish to apply for membership of Rutland Canoe Club. I agree to abide by the rules and constitution of the Club and understand that canoeing is undertaken at my/our own risk. I confirm that no paddling members of my family suffer from any disability or medical condition which may render them unfit for strenuous exercise.* I further undertake to advise the Club of any changes in risk during the year. |
